Calltime is psychologically difficult. For most people, consistent calltime ends up being one of the most trying tasks we undertake. It's at the crux of so many of our fears: imposter syndrome, fear of public speaking, the spotlight effect. We have guilt and shame around having too much money. Guilt and shame around not having enough. Calltime is a training process for unlearning bad lessons about asking for help.

It takes at least 30 calls to get into a state of flow, and sometimes as many as 160. But once in a state of flow, candidates can easily make hundreds of calls during a session.
